1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Pasta and Cheese:
1 1/2 cups macaroni pasta, uncooked
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional, for garnish)
Creamy Touch:
1 cup milk or heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
Optional Add-Ins:
Hot sauce, for a spicy kick
Chopped pickles, for a tangy garnish

Instructions
Cook the Ground Beef: In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables: Add butter to the pot, then sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add Broth and Seasonings: Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
Cook the Pasta: Add the macaroni pasta and simmer for 8–10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add Cream and Cheese: Reduce heat to low. Stir in milk or heavy cream, followed by shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, chopped pickles, or bacon bits as desired.
Notes
Make Ahead: This soup can be made ahead and reheated gently on the stovetop. Add a splash of milk or broth to loosen the soup if it thickens.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
Customizations: Use turkey or plant-based ground meat for a lighter or vegetarian version. Swap macaroni for gluten-free pasta if needed.
